THE PROSE ROMENCE   during the latter half of the 16 th century or the Elizabeth age a number of prose romance were produce, they were all written in the new style called Euphuistic style cultivated and developed by JOHN LYLY (1554-1606). LYLY, the courtier, wrote ‘EUPHEUS’ a prose romance in which he laid. the foundation of a new style of prose writing which has come to be associated with his name it is known as ‘EUPHEUISM’ In this style we have LYLY determination to bid good bye to simple prose which WILAON had advocated . ‘EUPHES’ was the first conspicuous example in English of the determination to achieve an ornate, variegated and rather fantastic style. The Elizabeth age  as well being called a young age it was full of boundless vigorous reawakened influential earnestness soaring imagination. the best fruit of the age are found in poetry in which all this element can be found in poetry there are registration of verification which it exerted  some checks on the youthful imagination on vigor of the Elizabethan consequently Elizabethan poetry is very great but prose does not admire of any   subtitled registration and the result is that the Elizabethan prose was developed much during the 15 century Latin was the medium of expression and almost all the important prose work  were written in that language.
